How it works

1. An organiser invites you

An event.clinic organiser sends the movements they need: what, from where, to which gate and when.

2. You confirm vehicles and drivers

You name the vehicle, the plate and the driver. Their pass status shows up next to them.

3. You drive and record

The driver's offline pack holds the slot, the gate, the route notes, the load references and the contacts. Arrival and handover are recorded on the spot.

4. Changes find you

If the slot moves, you see it as an exception with the new time, and the gate and the venue see the same thing.
